    It managed the webstore when I came in, and it did work as is well enough. But our hands were tied with any modification needed as the company grew. And as the UI in other software we worked with got better, the lacking Magento UI became more and more of an issue.

    It was the software in place when I started working with it. It was always frustrating, but the modules that were configured correctly did work as expected. At best, it was passible once set up.
    Cons:
    Any changes or new features we wanted to use were a nightmare. We had to use some custom code to make up for the gaps in software functionality, which made small unrelated changed more likely to bring the whole site down. The UI isn't great and key aspects often fall off the screen with resizing.

The user interface is intuitive and the design tools give you plenty of options for customizing and creating your products from scratch.     We wanted to upgrade our Magento to Magento 2 and while doing this we also installed the product designer.Once set ip it was easy to use and worked well to customize products.
    Cons:
    In the end using it and updating regularly was more complex than with another store management platform we switched to.
