Free plan
R...
EACH's Free plan provides an entry point for organizations looking to implement digital signage solutions. It's free for 30 days, after which it costs $25 per display per month. This plan supports up to 20 displays and includes essential features to get your digital signage network up and running. **Pros:** - **Professional design support:** Includes professional designer assistance to build your first layout, helping you create polished content without design expertise. - **Extensive app ecosystem:** Access to 100+ apps and integrations allows for versatile content options and third-party data incorporation. - **Unlimited storage:** No restrictions on file storage means you can maintain a robust content library without worrying about space limitations. **Cons:** - **Free plan not free:** The plan is only free for 30 days, after which you will pay $25 per display per month. - **Basic support options:** Lacks the dedicated onboarding and unlimited training offered in higher-tier plans. - **Missing advanced features:** Doesn't include collaboration tools, approval workflows, or advanced integrations that larger teams might require. **Pro plan** The Pro plan is designed for growing organizations with more sophisticated digital signage needs. Priced at $19.99 per display per month (billed annually with a 20-display minimum), this plan supports up to 50 displays and includes enhanced team collaboration and content management features. **Pros:** - **Comprehensive support:** Dedicated onboarding and unlimited training ensure your team can start to maximize the platform's potential quickly. - **Advanced integrations:** Microsoft 365, Google, and Power BI integrations enable seamless incorporation of business data and existing workflows. - **Collaborative tools:** Team workspaces, roles, and approval workflows facilitate efficient content creation and management across departments. **Cons:** - **Annual billing requirement:** The annual billing model may present budgeting challenges for organizations that prefer monthly payment flexibility. - **Minimum display requirement:** The 20-display minimum commitment might be excessive for smaller organizations or those implementing digital signage gradually. - **Limited to 50 displays:** Organizations with extensive display networks may find themselves constrained by the upper limit of this plan. **Enterprise plan** The Enterprise plan caters to large organizations with complex digital signage requirements and security needs. This plan offers custom pricing (requiring contact with the REACH sales team) and supports 50+ displays with advanced administrative and security features. **Pros:** - **Enhanced security:** Single sign-on (SSO) capabilities provide streamlined authentication while maintaining enterprise-level security standards. - **Dedicated support resources:** A dedicated customer success manager and priority support ensure personalized attention and rapid issue resolution. - **Advanced management tools:** Mass device provisioning and emergency alert integration facilitate efficient management of large-scale display networks. **Cons:** - **Pricing uncertainty:** Custom pricing model requires engaging with sales representatives, potentially complicating budgeting and procurement processes. - **Implementation complexity:** Advanced features may require more extensive setup and configuration than simpler plans. - **Potential overprovisioning:** Smaller organizations might not fully utilize the advanced enterprise features, minimizing the return on investment (ROI). **Conclusion** Our analysis of REACH's pricing structure shows that the provider offers a range of options designed to accommodate organizations of various sizes and with different digital signage requirements. - **For small organizations or pilot projects:** The Free plan provides a cost-effective entry point with its 30-day free trial and subsequent $25 per display monthly fee. This plan offers sufficient features for basic digital signage needs, including professional design assistance to help you get started. However, limitations may become apparent as your display network grows beyond 20 screens or your requirements become more complex. - **For midsize organizations:** The Pro plan offers a more comprehensive solution for $19.99 per display per month (billed annually). With a minimum requirement of 20 displays and support for up to 50, this plan is well-suited for organizations needing to coordinate content across multiple departments or locations. The dedicated onboarding and unlimited training and support ensure a smooth implementation and ongoing operation. - **For large enterprises:** The Enterprise plan, with its custom-pricing model and support for 50+ displays, provides the advanced security, management tools, and dedicated support resources necessary for extensive digital signage networks. Features like SSO integration, mass device provisioning, and emergency alert capabilities make this plan ideal for organizations with complex security requirements and large-scale deployment needs. When selecting a plan, organizations should carefully consider their current display requirements, anticipated growth, content management needs, and available budget. By aligning these factors with REACH's pricing tiers, businesses can implement a digital signage solution that enhances communication effectiveness while providing a strong return on investment.REACH Features

Communicate Like a Pro
5
From the start I knew I was dealing with a professional company. The training was very helpful and the fact that we can onboard any other person, at any other time, for free, is great. I was able to utilize the software right away and didn't really need a lot of support. When I've had questions or need help, the response is very quick. I love the quality of what we have chosen and have had others remark about how they love the displays. I'm glad that I did my homework and chose a winner.

Reasons for choosing REACH
I did my homework and researched other competitors and chose Reach because they recognize that they are not the cheapest company out there but that their level of service and product design is worth the extra investment. You get what you pay for in many respects. The level of quality saves me time as I create the content. The ease of use is worth money to me. Time is money. We've been using Reach for just over six months now and I love a company that is consistently asking me "what can we do to improve your experience?" That tells me that they are quality conscious and that speaks volumes to me. Also, whenever I've had a problem they are quickly and easily accessible.
