"I have to enter environmental stimuli individually for every graph, sometimes I had trouble getting things to actually master and be removed, even though they talk about sales tax in the contract they don’t collect and didn’t disclose that to me when I signed the contract so now I’m stuck in a contract with a product I have to track the tax for and file separately with my state which I wouldn’t have done had I know. "
"The lack of response you get from them will impact your ability to serve people and they do not factor that in to response times. "
