About Blitz
Blitz is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that caters to small and midsize businesses and helps them to manage their interactions with existing and potential customers. It can be tailored to suit businesses in industries such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers and non-profits. In addition to its standalone sales automation and marketing automation modules, Blitz offers call center, field service functionality and more.
Blitz helps companies to manage sales processes and capture relevant leads. The solution offers users pop-up notifications, functionalities to schedule follow-ups and a reporting and analytics engine that helps them to generate custom reports, which help them to spot trends and make business-related decisions. Blitz also helps users to track former customers and retarget them with specific and relevant content. The solution also features "click to call", auto dialer and drip emails functionalities.
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and other online resources.

Sometimes I do not like that the blitz features do no work together with Allstate features, but I believe that is more the fault of Allstate.

We consider ourselves very luck to have been assigned an account rep like Julie. She has followed up with us and kept in touch even though we were not completely ready to get things going right away. Today, we finally have our first campaign going and she walked us through step by set and made things very easy to understand.

Easy to set up. The support was a HUGE help. I was lucky enough to have my executive walk me through everything, I never ONCE felt unsure or unclear on how I'm going to be able use this to benefit my office. I can see how flexible and applicable this software could be to ANY business because of it's capacity for customization. Best of all they offer this product for a very fair price, it shows there interest to keep your business "in the black".
