"The bookkeeping function is not helpful because you don't really need all that transactional detail in your books. If you need to see where the revenue is coming from, you can just pull up the reports in Momence."
"Managing classes, memberships, and customer data often feels clunky, and the navigation isn’t intuitive."
"A couple of my leaves are 1) the payment processor fees are very high 2) the limited options for payment integrations and 3) no HIPCAS or HealthPoint health fund claims integration 4) subscription fees are in US so you are paying extra for that from concession fees 5) which I think has been the biggest let down by far was the migration."
