About Charon-AXP
Charon-AXP is a solution that emulates the Alpha environment on standard Windows or Linux-based systems. The emulator enables the running of OpenVMS and True64 Unix operating systems, along with all host applications, without implementing any changes.
Charon-AXP manages the application source code conversion, irrespective of the Alpha platform the software initially operated on. Charon-AXP accommodates both physical and virtualized storage. Physical storage is connected via local SCSI devices, while virtual storage can utilize any network storage supported by the host.
