    ContactPigeon covers a wide range of useful features for multichannel marketing. We use it for abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows, welcome emails, pop-ups, email campaigns, push notifications, and landing pages. Having all these connected to the same interface helps us keep messaging relevant and timely.
    Cons:
    Overall, the platform is great and stable. However, automation setup may not be very straightforward, and building workflows can be confusing, but the team has been great at supporting us and helping us in any way we might need.

    Our long-term partnership with ContactPigeon has been consistently positive. We work closely with their team through regular meetings, and together we've implemented several custom solutions. Personalization is a priority for us, and we achieve it through dynamic pop-ups, and push notifications (a channel we now use very much). We also recently saw a demo of their upcoming AI features, and they they have great potential in enhancing customer experience even further.
    Cons:
    For more complex customizations, we need involvement from their technical department. Still, the collaboration with ContactPigeon’s team is excellent and everything moves forward quickly.

    Highly recommend. A Marketing automation sollution that works.

    Absolutely delighted. We switched from Mailchimp and we are really happy since it increased the overall monthly touchpoints with our customers and increased our conversions due to more personalized content served. It even made our weekly newsletters quicker to produce due to their flawless real-time product syncing.

    + advanced ability to create custom automations (as complex as you desire) + omnichannel approach (automated campaigns with email, push, dynamic exit-intent popups) + smooth integration + great eCommerce insights (per campaign, automation) + reduced the number of dashboards we monthly track (replaced 3 different tools {list building, exit intent, email marketing}) + really great support
    Cons:
    - some times we need help setting up automations due to complex UI but they are always there for us to help.

    Pop-ups have been one of our strongest channels, bringing consistently high conversions over the past year. Email campaigns also perform well for us and generate meaningful revenue. We’ve been using the platform since 2020, and every time we want to build something new, like the transactional emails for our beauty advisor service, the team is willing to guide us. We’re scheduled to see a Menura demo soon, and the early discussions already seem relevant to our needs.
    Cons:

    ContactPigeon works very well for frequent newsletter campaigns, which is our primary communication channel. The system is stable, and campaign execution is straightforward. We also use several pop-ups, including product recommendations and commercial messages, which complement our newsletters nicely. The support team stands out for being responsive, and we’re now planning the next step with Menura.
    Cons:
    On rare occasions, follow-up after meetings could be more structured. This hasn’t caused issues in practice, but better feedback loops would improve the experience.

The custom dashboards inside the CDP are especially useful, as they allow us to track key metrics without extra tools. Whenever we needed a more technical implementation, the team responded quickly and solved it.The registration and confirmation automations run without issues, and creating pop-ups for both mobile and desktop is straightforward. We also rely on their campaigns and push notifications, which deliver strong engagement.
    Cons:
    Although the platform is great, and its functionalities are very helpful, the design is slightly outdated. A better visual environment would make a difference.
