    Email campaigns are our main focus, and ContactPigeon supports them very well. We’ve seen strong results in terms of orders and revenue, including indirect email impact. Pop-ups, especially the registration one, also perform good and bring in additional conversions. We’ve been using the platform for several years, and stability has been a big plus.
    Cons:
    We are always exploring the platform’s new features, but for now we’re not ready to expand. It’s not a negative, just a matter of timing and priorities.

    Highly recommend. A Marketing automation sollution that works.

    Absolutely delighted. We switched from Mailchimp and we are really happy since it increased the overall monthly touchpoints with our customers and increased our conversions due to more personalized content served. It even made our weekly newsletters quicker to produce due to their flawless real-time product syncing.

    + advanced ability to create custom automations (as complex as you desire) + omnichannel approach (automated campaigns with email, push, dynamic exit-intent popups) + smooth integration + great eCommerce insights (per campaign, automation) + reduced the number of dashboards we monthly track (replaced 3 different tools {list building, exit intent, email marketing}) + really great support
    Cons:
    - some times we need help setting up automations due to complex UI but they are always there for us to help.

    We’ve been using ContactPigeon since 2021 for two different sites, and it has made our daily work much easier. Whenever we needed a more technical implementation, the team responded quickly and solved it.The registration and confirmation automations run without issues, and creating pop-ups for both mobile and desktop is straightforward. We also rely on their campaigns and push notifications, which deliver strong engagement.
    Cons:
    Although the platform is great, and its functionalities are very helpful, the design is slightly outdated. A better visual environment would make a difference.

    We manage several online stores, and having all automations, transactional emails, and pop-ups in one platform has been a major advantage. The recommendation pop-ups in particular have performed well for us. We also appreciate how open the ContactPigeon team is to trying new things, from segmentation to price-drop alerts to the early Menura AI agent they shared with us.
    Cons:
    Sometimes we need guidance when rolling out more complex automations, and setting up new things usually requires a bit of collaboration with the team.

The abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows run reliably, and the sign-up pop-up brings in valuable leads. During Black Friday, we created both promotional pop-ups and a dedicated landing page for new subscribers, and everything worked as expected. The team is responsive whenever we need direction or want to test something new.
    Cons:
    Some automation rules could be a little simplified. It’s not difficult once you’re familiar with the interface, but fast-moving agencies might appreciate a more streamlined setup.
