Comprehensive collaborative business plan development tool! Highly recommended!

Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for those who don't have any idea about how to build a proper business plan and use that content/information to build deliverables that not only bring the vision to life but also make it easier to "sell" the idea to others. Aside from keeping the business plan development process super organized, it definitely opened our eyes to a lot of other aspects of business creation that we hadn't thought about. So, as an educational tool (outside of its direct function), it was pretty awesome. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The tool is incredibly comprehensive and covers pretty much every base imaginable for building a business plan (and beyond) from start to finish. Not to mention, it makes collaboration across teams a breeze and is mostly easy to use – even for those who aren't used to doing this kind of a work in a tech-forward way. And finally, the UI is clean, intuitive, and well organized. Overall, a very strong tool for those who want to build solid business plans.

Cons:

The ONLY downsides is the one-size-fits-all approach (which, for some business ideas, may be too complex as a starting point). While I realize that there are some best practices to follow – which this tool definitely captures – a lot of entrepreneurs with a business idea don't have all the answers right out the gate. What could be an interesting evolution of this tool would be to provide "beginner," "intermediate," and "advanced" options – depending on the stage of the business idea. Or perhaps, starting with the "foundational" elements first (aka, beginner) and then having the option to add on more advanced areas of the plan development as you go. I only suggest this because, for some, trying to tick every box may seem overwhelming and, as a result, cause people to stop using the tool. For better adoption, I'd say, make it super accessible to all – and then let those with a more baked business idea go the distance. (At least, that's how we felt – we appreciated the comprehensiveness of the tool but were equally overwhelmed by how much ground to cover...that we weren't quite yet ready to cover.)

Make A Daunting Task Fun!

Writing a business plan is a daunting task, but Upmetrics actually made it kind of fun. It was like putting a puzzle together and at the end you had this beautiful piece of work.

Excellent product with exceptional customer support

The system is easy to use and largely intuitive. It is however the support it comes with that makes a HUGE difference. Response is very rapid, informed and helpful and you are dealing with a real person. Exceptional customer service and support - rapid helpful and effective

Software is very easy to use and the layout is simple and intuitive. The customer service and technical support that comes with it is really exceptional. Fast response to queries from a real and experienced person with excellent technical support skills- no problem too small and will work with you to solve any issue. Truly fantastic and a game changer

Cons:

Slightly confusing when you want to make changes. The way it deletes information is unusual ( to me at least). Whole sections of inputs can be deleted without warning and I had to re input data again on more than one occasion. I would prefer more options on the detail shown in the financial plan for better clarity rather than the aggregation that presently happens.

A lot of work, but Upmetrics makes it easy

Building the plan takes a great deal of thought and work and time. But it was absolutely worth it. I never would have been able to put together such an incredible plan on my own. I had compliments on the fantastic work and thorough plan.

They thought of everything you need for a phenomenal business plan. Step by step, every angle. It was easy to go through the process as they guide you through it all and provide examples.

Cons:

It was a LOT of work! Doing a business plan is no joke. Upmetrics didn't make it difficult, it just made clear all of the things you need to think about and prepare for when building your business plan.

Covers all aspects of business plan creation with a reporting tool. It gives value for money to the customers at all stages of business planning for many reasons. The templates are exhaustive.

Cons:

Deficiency in the market and pricing trends of products. The financial tool is still lacking a bit; it's hard to customize it for some types of businesses.

Pros:

The Upmetrics tool made drafting my business plan very quick and easy. I used the business plan I created to secure an SBA loan for my business.

Cons:

I don't have anything negative to share about my experience with the Upmetrics tool. It would have been nice for the system to ask if I was done with my plan so I wouldn't have been charged the last few months.

Love the whole site and creators, design is amazing, ease of access and as a beginner without any instruction it is simple

Cons:

nothing, there is absolutely nothing wrrong with upmetrics. The site has everything that i need. i do wish it was a little bit cheaper, but quality comes with price so i am not bothered
