About Vook.ai

Vook.ai is an automatic transcription online platform aimed at a wide range of professional and private users. The solution uses artificial intelligence to deliver fast, accurate transcriptions.

To guarantee the confidentiality of your data, files and transcripts are encrypted. Vook.ai uses high-quality speaker identification processes, based on voiceprints, to accurately identify the speakers in your audio.

Vook.ai lets you transcribe audio files previously saved on your device. The tool supports several audio formats (mp3, wav, m4a, ogg, flac and acc), but also several video formats (mp4, webm, avi, mov, mkv and wmv), up to 3 hours in length. It is also possible to record live audio from the platform. Before starting transcription, you can give your audio file a title and select the language from the following options: English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and German. In partnership with translator DeepL, Vook.ai also offers a translation tool, which supports the same languages as those mentioned above. Finally, if different speakers are involved in your audio, you can ask the tool to distinguish between them.

It's amazing! The transcription is great and the cost is very reasonable. I love their system. I can't say enough about their system.

Cons:

Nothing. I like everything about their system. I highly recommend it. I've been using other systems like Rev.com and Vook.ai is SO MUCH BETTER. It's night and day.

Reasons for switching to Vook.ai

Rev's transcriptions were often incorrect causing me to spend a lot of extra time correcting their mistakes. Rev's system was very expensive.

Logiciek simple d’utilisation et à prendre en main, pratique de pouvoir détecter les intervenant. Cela serait mieux si il était possible de retravailler la restranscription avec l’enregistrement audio dans le logiciel.
