The quick sign-up process and user-friendly dashboard make it convenient to contact the clients. Additionally, I am extremely filled with joy with the fantastic screen sharing, chatting, and file transfer features that make Helpwire a true companion for me.

AnyDesk was a good platform for me, but it had a price tag that made me switch to the HelpWire. With the user-friendly customer support and interface, I prefer HelpWire more than AnyDesk currently. AnyDesk has limited features for a free account and results in an unpleasant experience during slow networks.

It was handy for the odd occasion that someone needs a hand with their computer while I am not nearby. It was very reliable and able to see the other's screen to provide directions. Unfortunately even finding the link to open the session can be a challenge for some.

One thing to keep in mind is that HelpWire doesn't offer unattended access. While it's fantastic for live debugging sessions, there have been a couple of times where I wished I could jump onto a machine and fix something quickly without needing the user present. It's a minor inconvenience, and overall the benefits outweigh this limitation. But for those times when a quick back-end fix is needed, it's something to consider.
