As the successor to our established Woodmart system, Woodhub boasts a completely redesigned interface along with best in class performance. Re-built from the ground up, Woodhub is a fully integrated, customizable ERP solution designed to empower smart and efficient business operations for companies in the lumber and wood products manufacturing and sales verticals. Our chief technical officer Igor Rabinovich had this to say about the new system, "When we realized that the lifespan of Woodmart was nearing its end due to increased volumes and transactions, uncontrollable deadlocks, and speed issues, along with the demand for greater volume handling and expanded functionality, we developed the new Woodhub platform. This new system leverages the latest advancements in enterprise technologies. The new Woodhub system is being built using Spring Boot and utilizes REST APIs. For the user interface, we are employing the brand-new and fast FlatLaf. The new system is significantly faster, more scalable, and more robust. It eliminates broken transactions and deadlocks and is extendable to accommodate current and future technological enhancements. Woodhub is designed to serve our customers reliably for the next 20-30 years. Woodhub can run on a dedicated or virtual server in the client environment, or it can be deployed into a cloud environment, providing flexibility to meet various deployment needs."

Woodhub is a great program for a detailed commodity business like lumber

Woodhub manages a great deal of data in a very efficient way. It allows us to do a high volume of business with a small team, some of us working remotely, but we can all see clearly what is going on as it's all tracked in Woodhub.

Pros:

Main plus - data is entered once, then all processes flow from that. Inbound purchased product moves into a sale to our customer, which triggers shipping planning and booking, which morphs into an invoice which then keeps track of the payment and customer's outstanding credit status.

Cons:

It may not be immediately intuitive to start working in, but once the processes are understood it's a very powerful tool.
