Worst Hospital Management software

Would suggest everyone to choose any other software if you really want to smoothen your hospital operations else you will stuck with this and the only thing you will do on daily basis would be keep on calling them and no support.

I used their software in my hospital, it was horribly experience working with them from the start once I made the payment.before making the payment, they made a lot of promises and sweet words but once I made the payment, they stopped picking up my call, after several follow ups they installed the software in my hospital but it was never full working and always of no use for some or another reason.

Cons:

They promised me for a free support telephonic as well as visit in hospital for any issue but this never happened.This is one the bad decisions of my life to go with them for managing my hospital operations, in the end I had to opt out for their services.

Good SW for long-term care facility

For the price paid and components the LT facility required, it was fine. I am not sure about using this in a larger hospital facility. It was easy to learn and navigate.

It was an easy program to use during my practicum at a LT care facility. It was easy to use for patients/residents to make appointments with doctors, access all EMR's, bed side management, dietary needs, scheduling, etc.

Cons:

For the most part it was simple and easy to use. I learned how to navigate the sw components easily with needing to learn the functionality relatively quickly. However sometimes the program would crash and seemed like the interface needed improvement.

I am not able to generate anything beyond registration ,no billing, no IPD etc even after 10 months

Functioning is almost negligible, I am not able to proceed beyond creating UHID,and no back up

Cons:

Back up and inputs, nothing is customized . I have to create my own Masters without any back up. Nothing is supported for IPD billing in a specific method of TPAs.
