Good, far from great, occasional abandonment from their support

Overall it has been good. Software can take time to maintain. Interface for blacklisting/stop words needs work. Not easy to use

Cons:

Ran into an issue where loads of spam was getting in. They provided a false excuse for why they woukd not fix. I presented this to them and their response was regardless. They would not fix the bug. A bit shocking

A truly efficient plugin with personalisation options like the blacklist and the firewall. It does not slow the site down, it does not interrupt end-user experience. And again, it does a swell job in filtering what needs to be kept at bay.

Cons:

I had troubles installing it but customer service helped with getting my settings right, so all is good.
