Vibly: Vibrant & practical features at your fingertips

So far, using the system and the platform itself is great because I can connect with others on basic level and also on a deeper level by getting together and forming groups to either study for the NBHWC exam. And, since I am new to health coaching that's a huge plus and as well as swapping coach sessions, which made it so easy for me to get all of that done to be ready for the exam. Also, I think that for someone like me who likes using and learning new technology, it was seamless and if I run into any problems I can always go to support and to the very available staff. I have found that staff and support are personable, want for new and established health coaches to succeed, as well as their responsiveness to clients and coaches who request new features making Vibly easier to use. Lastly there was response rate is off the charts. They always get back to you in a timely manner and that's very valuable to me.

Vibly is a great platform for beginner health coaches like me a It has great support and it also gives you a chance to join the community and feel supported and mentored. It's also HIPAA compliant which is a plus and, as a new person in this field, I like that I don't have to worry about that. I wish that I could use more features since it is such a robust platform. I'm learning and keep unpacking more features especially that I can keep track of my appointments, to do lists, give me reminders, and more. I can't wait to take advantage of Its all‑in‑one — no more juggling 10 tools: Client management, scheduling, payments, session notes, website creation, messages--all integrated into one platform. This solves the biggest pain point in coaching: administrative tasks becoming chaotic.

Cons:

Since I am still getting to know the system, I have no cons to report and everything I have learned so far was easy to grasp and easy-to-use technology.

Vibly has it all for coaches!

My overall experience has been amazing so far. It has given me the motivation and self confidence to promote myself as am already working with a client with very little effort. And the fears I had around building my own coaching business have dropped exponentially!

Before I discovered the platform, I was trying to find the best, but cheapest, way to have a scheduling system, a payment portal, a place to securely message clients, a landing page, a tool for e-signing documents, a resource hub, and a video chat platform. It felt very overwhelming and like I was trying to juggle so many pieces. With Vibly, it feels like an affordable option that allows me to go to one place for everything and not have to send clients to multiple places, either. I would say a few things that really sold me were the e-signing, payment portal built in, ability to customize multiple packages, and that people looking for coaching can find their best fit! I also think it is wonderful that I can send people directly to my landing page in Vibly if they are coming to me directly, which greatly simplifies how much I need to put on my website.

Cons:

Right now, i cannot think of one thing I do not like with Vibly. Everything has been easy to pick up and have received so much support!

This wizard is one who recommends Vibly for health & wellness coaches

I am a one-wizard operation (see: wizardwellness.org) and I've been actively comparing Vibly to the integrated scheduler available through my website hosting provider (Squarespace's Acuity Scheduler) and have been thankful to have Vibly available to support my business. Vibly, being designed for a coach, is excellent at providing the ease of use needed for such a practice. The integrated solution I compared to required more effort and technological know-how and had a less-responsive and less-engaged support team. That other option also cost about-the-same or more than a Vibly Pro coaching subscription. It's basically a no-brainer. I have enough trust in the Vibly team that I will be staying on here long-term to watch my clients' experiences improving over time.

Vibly has really proven itself to me to be a superior option offering a great value for a HIPAA-compliant calendar & appointment solution for my coaching LLC. The fact that Vibly is made for health coaches specifically makes it the best option for coaches in a health & wellness domain. Now even without that particular distinction, Vibly's customer support team also stands out. The team at Vibly is often engaged with (and sometimes even getting to know) the actual coaches who are using the platform. The Vibly commitment to platform-wide HIPAA compliance is particularly helpful for health & wellness coaches seeking an NBC-HWC (i.e. National Board Certification).

Cons:

Vibly relies heavily on email notifications, even when using the integrated HIPAA-compliant chat web-app. Those email notifications have generated overall-negative feedback from coaching clients I support. (Ex: too-many emails, not enough control of notification settings, and several asking if there a mobile app option so they could get notifications as push notifications instead, etc.) I once heard it described as so, "Vibly doesn't always provide the ultimate [coaching-client] experience." I'll agree with that summary as an area that Vibly can continue to improve.

Reasons for switching to Vibly

Vibly makes it much easier to implement a HIPAA compliant private coaching practice scheduler without wasting my limited funds on the higher tiers of the scheduler product than would have otherwise been sufficient for my business scale.

I began working with Vibly on August 23, 2025. Firstly, I am enjoying the safety and ease of this HIPAA compliant coaching platform that keeps everything all in one place. Well worth the free 30 day trial, and I am looking forward to continuing with this affordable investment that breathes simplicity into my business. It is a time saver with it's streamlined platform that is both coach & client friendly. The support that [sensitive content hidden] MD, NBC-HWC has provided through this beginning process & getting to know the platform has been phenomenal. Cons:

Wishing the default meeting platform was Zoom and not Google Meet, or that there was the option for the 1:1 services to input your own HIPAA Compliant Personal Zoom Meeting link. The sound sharing capabilities through Google Meet are not good at all. For my services as a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, this is extremely important to me and the space I hold for my clients. Hoping for a shift to HIPAA compliant Zoom in the near future.

I've been using Vibly for only two months, and I appreciated the generous free trial length. The flexibility I have with managing my schedule through Vibly is unmatched. I can easily set appointment times, session lengths, and maintain my work-life balance by controlling my availability. While I haven’t engaged much yet, I really appreciate the supportive coach community. It reflects Vibly’s commitment to the coaching profession and its focus on fostering connection among coaches. A big plus is that it's HIPAA compliant.

Cons:

The built-in discovery call feature isn’t customizable for individual branding. Additionally, it took a few days and multiple attempts to reach tech support, though once connected, they resolved the issue quickly and effectively.

As someone just starting in health and wellness coaching, I've been so grateful to find Vibly! The platform has a straightforward learning curve, being both intuitive and beginner-friendly, which helped me feel confident from the start. What sets Vibly apart is the community. It's incredibly welcoming and supportive. From the very beginning, I felt like I belonged. The support from amazing coaches offering free classes as a way to give back is a beautiful reflection of the heart behind this work, and it's something you can always count on. Vibly has also been a game-changer for those of us pursuing NBHWC certification. They've created a dedicated space where student coaches can connect with other coaches and complete their required sessions, featuring session tracking. It's been incredibly helpful and truly demonstrates how invested they are in helping coaches succeed at every stage. Vibly isn't just a platform, it's a vibrant community built on generosity, growth, and genuine support. The generosity of the community, from the coaches offering free classes to the support from fellow student coaches, is something I'm genuinely grateful for. I'm so glad I found it!

Cons:

If I had to choose one thing, it would be to use Google Meet as the default. While it gets the job done, it doesn’t offer as many features as Zoom, such as breakout rooms or more advanced in-meeting tools. You can use Zoom instead, which is excellent, but it does require a few extra steps and a separate paid Zoom membership. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something to be aware of if you're used to Zoom’s functionality.

I spent so much time, energy and a ton of stress stringing together everything I needed on the back end to build my coaching practice. I still hadn't figured it all out. Messy, unclear, frustrating are great words to describe what it felt like. Then came Vibly. Once I created all of my practice information in Vibly - my stress and anxiety started to settled and I literally felt relief.
