Great Service

Really positive experience, kahaunas have a very professional and knowledgeable team and I've enjoyed working with them across various departments.

Pros:

Love the ability to book a call with the team whenever I have questions. [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful most recently, but all the team have been great.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Sometimes there can be a feeling of restriction that I'm stuck within the confines of the app structure, but love the ability to put in a request with the developers for features i would like.

Great interface, all in one, above and beyond customer service

Clean. Everything is super clean and the customer service has been way above what I would expect. I booked a call with Shear and she was excellent.

Pros:

All encompassing, no need for auxiliary apps/spreadsheets/docs. Although it's still early so hard to say.

Cons:

There have been times where I wanted a bit more flexibility to and fewer features to just input information. Like the option to just have the supplements tab basically be a blank document for example

They didn't appear to track diet. Also John Jewitt uses Kahunas and he's smart as hell.

Reasons for switching to Kahunas

Way too much work and clients constantly had trouble using it.

Needs scheduling option

Good but unfortuanlty the app is a little limited as far as starting and scheduling programs by a date as opposed to drip day one etc

The options it had are good and I can see the benefits however there are limits around the scheduling of prgrams and release dating of content

Cons:

No scheduling option, a client sign up and start date cant be scheduled, ie clients sign up at different times but having the option that they all start a program the same date

Nothing at all at all in my opinion, this has to be one of the superior apps for personal trainers..

so far have no complains to the communication and support given. the app looks clean and clear except the branded app looks a little challenging to deploy.

the client support is excellent. the fact that you can create workouts of up to twenty one days in advance.

Cons:

the feature to prescribe 'weight' in a exercise is missing. Also the inability to make one or more forms the 'default' on a client signup. Unable to create workouts for more than 21 days .

Just had a great call with [sensitive content hidden] from Kahunas, super helpful and answered all my questions clearly. Really appreciate the support and how easy they make the whole process. Great customer service!

Cons:

The only slight downside is the transition from my previous app, which takes a bit of initial setup. But I can already tell the effort will be worth it once I get fully to grips with everything and upload my own content and exercise library.

Just wanted to submit a review to express my gratitude to [sensitive content hidden] for being extremely helpful with difficulties I was having navigating the completion of my branded app. [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful, super friendly, very efficient & it's very re-assuring to know that I have that support there as I navigate my way through having to build up my own business after parting ways a Head Coach from Team Superhuman (and very happily I did so). Just a few small glitches here and there, but the messaging function is always open and I always get a response, which is great.
