Pros:

Love the ability to book a call with the team whenever I have questions. [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful most recently, but all the team have been great.

Cons:

Nothing so far. Sometimes there can be a feeling of restriction that I'm stuck within the confines of the app structure, but love the ability to put in a request with the developers for features i would like.

10/10 Awesome piece of software for PT's

Fantastic, love the daily habit forms that can be customised. Love the checkin system and the fact that everything I need is on one pipeline. Love the clear direction for future features too.

Great product. Meets all of my needs when working with clients. Great interaction with support esp [sensitive content hidden]

Cons:

The nutrition section is slightly behind competitors like MFP. Cannot build and save meals. Also with the training section would be good for programs to tally sets per bodypart over the course of a week/ program rather than an individual day.

Needs scheduling option

Good but unfortuanlty the app is a little limited as far as starting and scheduling programs by a date as opposed to drip day one etc

The options it had are good and I can see the benefits however there are limits around the scheduling of prgrams and release dating of content

Cons:

No scheduling option, a client sign up and start date cant be scheduled, ie clients sign up at different times but having the option that they all start a program the same date

so far have no complains to the communication and support given. the app looks clean and clear except the branded app looks a little challenging to deploy.

the client support is excellent. the fact that you can create workouts of up to twenty one days in advance.

Cons:

the feature to prescribe 'weight' in a exercise is missing. Also the inability to make one or more forms the 'default' on a client signup. Unable to create workouts for more than 21 days .

Just had a great call with [sensitive content hidden] from Kahunas, super helpful and answered all my questions clearly. Really appreciate the support and how easy they make the whole process. Great customer service!

Cons:

The only slight downside is the transition from my previous app, which takes a bit of initial setup. But I can already tell the effort will be worth it once I get fully to grips with everything and upload my own content and exercise library.

Great user and customer experience

Great experience so far - have been using it for 2 years now and the difference in the software from when I first started using it to now is quite crazy! It was good before but constant updates and improvements have really made it stand out. I've only had a few issues over the two years and all of them have been sorted out relatively quickly and the support team are always fantastic.

Cons:

I had an issue with he emails but I had a call, with [sensitive content hidden] from the support team today, who was very positive and straight to the point with fixing my issue - really appreciated the support and feel much better after having had the call
