Microsoft 365 vs NetDocuments: Which is best for you?

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

I love that NetDocuments has enhanced security, streamlined collaboration, and integration with existing workflows.

For our small firm of 23 users, WITHOUT any of the AI features, NetDocuments costs nearly $30,000 per year for only 1.8 terabytes—an unsustainable price.
