Microsoft 365 vs Zimbra Collaboration Suite: Which is best for you?

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

Zimbra works very well, but it needs to catch up with Google, for example with cloud storage, etc.

As we used Zimbra in a school environment it did not feel very user friendly and was a little difficult to operate.
