The best thing since email was created.

Outside of the quirky new accounts to add as a recipient my experience with it has been pretty good. If you are looking to start cleaning up your email boxes, this is the application you should be looking at.

Pros:

Although tons of people push this as a temporary email box service, its true purpose in life is to keep your email box clutter-free by combining them into a daily, weekly, or monthly feed. This right here is the only reason I purchased this. I'm tired of the bazillion emails that I get daily, so I've been slowly converting all of the newsletter subscriptions over to my new paced email addresses to get them in one email instead of 100's of emails at a time.

Cons:

From an efficiency and user perspective, I cannot seem to understand the reason for having to create a new account for every email address that I would like to forward emails to. Please allow us to add emails directly within the primary account instead of creating new accounts for each and then adding them as a recipient.

I've been a big fan of this product because it is designed to help with a problem I have-I spend far too much time checking my email and so it is a relief to know that I can control when the emails come in.I can decide when I can read through the kind of emails. If you work in a busy environment like me, you'll find that the constant interruptions can be disruptive. They interrupt your focus, reduce your productivity, and leave you feeling stressed. Paced email really helped with this. Paced Email will help you to stop getting distracted by email and keep you focused on the most important task at hand. It helps me stay in the present and not be bothered by junk mail. It's a great way to organize my life!

Cons:

There is no "Sent" mailbox and therefore it will take time to search for the sent emails when sent emails accumulate.

Pros:

Paced email is an awesome tool to not only protect the privacy of your true email address but also control the pace and flow of email to your inbox. I love that I can quickly generate burner email addresses, but then forward to my actual email address. This is super handy to use for product signups and newsletters. The fact that you can actually respond via these burner email addresses is next level. I’ve used similar tools in the past, but the founder is really creating something special here. On top of that he is been very responsive to early adopters. Glad to see that he implemented, Pabbly Connect, Integrately and Zapier integrations. This opens the door to a lot of possibilities.

Cons:

Overall, i’m super impressed with Paced Email. Theres a few features that are missing that I would like to see (more control over sent emails etc), but I know the platform is still in its early stages, so i’m willing to wait.

Reasons for switching to Paced Email

I previously used Throttle, but I find the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of Paced has been much more active with updates and seeking input from users.

Take back Inbox control

As someone who never deletes, my inbox was becoming a problem for speed and storage on all my devices - time for a radical change and Paced Email provides this. The stuff I'm marginally interested in, I can still get but in a much more manageable way. I have several business strands and this allows me to stream emails better. Would thoroughly recommend

One Dashboard to Manage All Email with Custom Domain.

I have a couple brands for my business, each brand came with custom domain, and i had to create mail box account for every brand in mail hosting. so with paced email , this problem gone. i can used my primary email to catch all email from each brand.

The need to manage multiple emails with different domains requires separate email hosting. Now enough with paced email I can manage or create an email account from the paced email dashboard and then send all emails received into 1 mail box. so you no longer need to have a lot of email hosting, just paced email. Fantastic... five tacos for Paced Email

Cons:

its very simple to use, so i do not see the Cons.

Safely try softwares without getting spammed

As someone who tests different software, this is a god sent. I used to do the plus feature(email+software@gmail.com) to segment such emails. But now with Paced email with just a click of a button, I can generate a unique email that too with my custom domain. This is such a well thought product that solves a major pain. Thank you for this software.

A Godsend email tool!

I didn't know how I could have lived without this marvelous tool! It lets me create multiple email accounts using paced email's own domain (paced.email) that I could use to subscribe to software trials, newsletters, and trial subscriptions of any kind, and never having to worry about getting any spam emails once I cancel those subscriptions by simply removing the emails from Paced Email! A Godsend tool indeed!

Cons:

I wish the tool comes with a FEW MORE domains instead of just paced.mail so that I could "fly under the radar" when subscribing to newsletters, etc.

Paced Email is the kind of software that you won't realise you need until you start using it. My first reaction on hearing about it was, "Well, why on earth do I need this thing?". Today, I'm glad that I was proven wrong. Here's what I absolutely loved about Paced Email: 1. It lets me decide when I want to receive those tons of newsletters that I receive all day. Now I can receive all those emails exactly when I want them. I won't say it saves a number of hours for me, but it does save me a lot of distraction. 2. Although this software was not designed to be used as a burner email, it can be made to work like one. So, no more looking around for burner email services when subscribing to that random newsletter that you'll never read. 3. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is awesome.

Cons:

No matter how fake it sounds, there's nothing to dislike about Paced Email if you know its purpose.

I love Paced Email because it allows me to manage my inbox without unduly burdening me with unwanted emails. I love that I can use it as a personal email address so that I can get rid of the clutter, or use it anonymously so that I don't have to worry about people finding out that I'm using it. I also love that it's affordable and that I can batch my emails into digests and alerts per my preferences.

Cons:

You have to manually configure auto-forwarding for all your current subscriptions. You only have to do it once but it does take some time.

Email Armageddon in Control Now

I use this tool for notifications and it delivers all the notifications in a digest as per my schedule. So, instead of getting a lot of emails on daily basis, I received digests per day. This is one of the best investments I made. I highly recommend this software for everyday email use. You can filter all your nonessential emails in digests and still keep them in your email inbox. I love it.💯
