"There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets."
"Jira is powerful for engineering teams tracking tickets and sprints, but I find it rigid and poorly adapted to modern product workflows."
"The only negative experiences I have had is when using it with over 200 users the system gets slow and while there are multiple people making edits in real time across projects, the system Can need to be refreshed very frequently so without automated refreshes, sometimes you will be editing a ticket while someone else is editing it and it can cause some hiccups"
