EssentialPIM vs Microsoft 365: Which is best for you?

I like EPIMs customizability and ease of use in general.. How this single application does everything I need.

There are still a few design issues that are counterintuitive... And some failsafe calendar management protections that are missing... And periodic syncing catastrophes

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.
