- Being able to turn emails into tasks and attach the email as a document, or logging project work time directly from Outlook calendar entries, those were real game changers. Since we also wanted to connect SharePoint, and the InLoox support team helped us with that, we were ready to go after just two months. And we haven’t looked back since.
- Absolutely zero support. Despite cancelling my subscription/license, the company continued to renew the license for two years, threatening legal action if not paid.
- The copy/paste formatting conversion also works really well. If I copy and paste from a Google Doc, the formatting usually matches 1:1 (headings, bolded parts, lists, tables, etc...).
