"It’s a strong, accessible tool for quickly creating and collaborating on diagrams, especially when the goal is clarity and alignment rather than pixel-perfect design. While it can feel constrained for very complex or highly technical diagrams and gets expensive at scale, it does a great job of helping teams communicate visually with minimal friction."

"It provides so much, but the one thing that kind of bothers me is that when switching to an already open chart that I haven't visited for a few days results in a delay of displaying the chart. "
"Also, you can only add notes to shapes (i.e. you can't add them to the arrows between shapes), and the notes don't support markdown."
