ResMan vs RentalReady: Which is best for you?

Its not very detailed as I would like more statistics when it comes to budget spending and notifying you if you are going over budget when inputting invoices for certain categories.

What I like most about RentalReady is that it an all in one Property Management System that includes client management, guest communications, finances and maintenance all under one umbrella.

I could not learn all the integrated functions from the help and information center, I needed in person training to use the system to it's full functionality
