About Fiverr

Fiverr Workspace (formerly AND.CO) is a cloud-based contract management suite designed to help small businesses create contracts and proposals, process online payments and track business expenses. The application partners with Freelancers Union, allowing stakeholders to design standard service agreements in compliance with Freelance Isn’t Free Act regulations.

Freelancers can utilize the platform to quickly share service contracts with clients and capture electronic signatures on a centralized dashboard. It allows administrators to modify content by adding or omitting clauses as per business requirements and attaching additional notes for clients. Additionally, Fiverr Workspace helps employees automatically generate invoices based on contract terms and send for approvals to supervisors.

Fiverr Workspace facilitates integration with several third-party platforms, such as Slack, Shopify, Visor, Google Calendar, Stripe, WePay, PayPal and more. The platform is available to users for free and on monthly or annual subscriptions. Support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Website is great, user experience is not

The service and idea is great, we are working with many vendors on long term basis.Interface really needs to be improved.It is wayy too difficult to follow all the orders if they are constantly being moved between different mailboxes.I'd love to find all the previous orders in one place instead of scrolling through messages.

Great choice of vendors and freelancers providing outstanding services.Many options, reviews, option to message the vendor first.Good pricing options, responsive customer service.Add ons to services, Expedite service available.

Cons:

Interface is complicated, can't find my previous orders since they are hidden at the end of communication chain. The communication is tough to follow especially if many orders are in place. Don't understand the reason for moving the email flow to the inbox after the order is delivered.

Positive experience so far with as-needed services

I tend to come to Fiverr for tedious tasks (mostly editing) that I do not want to do myself and it is easy to pay someone to help. I like that I do not have to hire an employee and can just enlist these freelance services on an as-needed basis. I like the communication channels that Fiverr has in place to make sure that the buyer and freelance agent are both on the same page and cooperative.

Pros:

It is essentially an open marketplace for purchasing or selling services. It is mostly a freelance space where you can search based on your budget and preferences and find someone who can perform the work you are looking for. Typically, this is digital types of help like in website building, graphic and sound design, video editing, and such.

Cons:

I think Fiverr is set up in a decent way, but it comes down to the individuals who you choose to work with on Fiverr that determine your experience.

Contract generation, proposal, time tracking and simple accounting solution that is all in one that is hard to find elsewhere.

Cons:

Its payment processing integration with Stripe is not reliable and you can see delays in getting payments from clients.

Plenty of talent here, but no so easy to find the right freelancer

We looked for a comic book-style artist, a Victorian-era poster stylist, and several audio/video editors. Out of 11 candidates, we were only satisfied with the work of 3, all of whom have left Fiverr

Fiverr is virtually endlessly versatile and so affordable. I enjoy exploring the variety of services and services offered on Fiverr, and you can find individuals skilled in just about any service you need for any task, such as graphic design, voiceover, and more. With a transparent pricing mechanism and easy way of paying on the spot, the platform makes it easy as pie to find freelancers and hire them at the same time.

Cons:

Although Fiverr has tons of talent, with thousands of people under different profiles, it can be a time-consuming process to find the exact fit.

Awesome Marketplace to work as Freelancer

I am using fiverr as a Seller for the last 2 years and got lots of work from Fiverr. Got my all payments on time through bank account. Their Customer support also too fast to solve any issues. Thanks Fiverr.

Great place to find freelance people to help you with any task that can be delivered online

Overall, after a few messages back and forth, you ideas and requirements can be communicated to the service provider and they can accomplish your task quickly, with in just hours in some cases.

You can literally find a service provider to do literally any kind of task or Gig as they call them , for any kind of price range starting at only $5 on up depending on the amount of quality/ quantity you require

Cons:

The only downside to Fiverr is that most of the service providers are from other countries so although most can communicate in English , sometimes there may be small details that get lost in translation.

Fiverr has a large skill area of work, many person give services, based on reviews, I can choose good seller easily, it also give privacy with my data.

Cons:

They charge 20 percent from my end. Otherwise as a buyer it's okey, I can choose any seller for my work.

Some flaws, but still a great platform to find talent!

The experience is overall positive, I think there is room for improvement on different things, especially managing longer and more complex projects. I used their resolution center once and their team was pretty quick and effective.

Pros:

There are services not offered on Upwork, or at least with a more extensive talent pool compare to other places. You can find great people pretty quick, and that can really speed up projects.

Cons:

It's more transactional, and quality can actually be lower than on other platforms. Their payment system works fine but it's also a little less usable compared to Upwork when it comes to long term contracts (works totally fine for one-off projects). Basically the whole platform is more transactional I would say.
