Uku as taken us to the next level in time and invoice management

Uku has optimized many our our processes. It has added efficiency and good analytical tools. We have had some additional needs, which are not available in Uku at the moment, however we are glad those improvements have been taken into the roadmap and will soon be available for all users.

* Its easy to use * continuous development, * tailor-made solutions, if needed * real time customer support, quick fixes of your problems

Cons:

it could be a bit challenging in the beginning to implement the optimum list of topics - you really have to think through what is you main purpose of using Uku. For us the main purpose has changed over the time - when we started, the main idea was to get the overview of hours spent on each client. Later, as we implemented invoicing module, we realized that topic setup was not corresponding to our needs, so it needed to be reviewed and updated. However, redoing is not a problem in Uku - all your "old" data is stored safely and you can use it any time.

Reasons for switching to Uku

although Kimai was a free soft, it had really limited possibilities. It covered our need for sometime, but with Uku we see that we can optimize and automate so much more

Satisfied Danish accounting firm :)

Been using UKU for a few years and must say its the only system that covers what we need as an accounting professional in Denmark. Onboarding is easy and support always available

Easy to use, integration to other systems are easy. Easy to register time spent on clients Fast and efficient customer support

Cons:

No automatic customer integration between local ERP; we have to initiate update every time we onboard a new client.

Reasons for switching to Uku

Taxdome was too difficult to adjust and setup to Danish standards. Support didnt understand Danish/European standards as they were all US based

Pros:

Program is easy to use. Most important is to discribe all work tasks correctly. All due dates and all points and discriptions and all client contacts. It is easy to forward tasks to other coworkers. But for that all important datas of works have to be discribed and charted first.

Cons:

System of using it comes in time. I have wrked with that program for few months and on that time, I have made some changes in my system. How to have better overview of all tasks and due dates and what is important to follow while filling in all first needed data.But it all comes in time while usuing. So that everybody have their own system, how it is easy fr them to work with this program.

Great tracking system for accounting service providers

I am satisfied with the services. It is rather easy to use, I can create repetitive tasks that will prevent me from forgetting any monthly/weekly tasks. Also I can track how much do I spend time on each project and which type of tasks takes most time.

I liked that you can create work plan that will repeat every month.

Cons:

I find difficult to copy work plan from one project to another if possible at all

You can turn a work plan into a template, or when adding a new work plan, you can select tasks from all your templates, existing clients, or projects. Accountpractice software running like a dream

Support and userfriendliness of the system is above expectations on all parameters. Its a system that can grow along side my business as we mature in our needs for easier task management and clientside communication

Usability and lightness in userinterface is amongst one of the things I love the most about this system. It truly makes my life as CEO of an medium sized accountingcompany a whole lot easier everyday. All my employeess embrace the solution and use it on a daily basis for taskmanagement.

Cons:

Its still missing some translation into Danish - and some of them are a bit funny.

Perfect for planning monthly activities and share it with co-workers. Constantly developing and adding features and different options.

Cons:

At fist it takes little time to get use to, but so does every other program. Lost the planned time summarizing option, but as I understood it is already in work to get it back.

Invaluable helper in daily work

Only positive feedback having experience in two companies with different needs. Cannot imagine my work without UKU. Perfect for time management, planning and release of some space in memory (taxes, due dates, etc.)

Pros:

Perfect tool for planning workflow, distribution of tasks within the team, coverage for vacation season. For irregular tasks there is very convenient way to keep to-do list.

Cons:

It is challenging to set a recurrency for some tasks, for e.g every 15 days.

A reliable tool for time management and invoicing

It helps to save a lot of time when it comes to invoicing our clients. We provide services to several different countries and even more companies, so the accurate time management is very important for us. I would highly recommend for business looking to improve efficiency in time tracking and in invoicing.

The feature I appreciate the most is UKU reports, which allows me to easily collect the actual hours my team spends on tasks. This detailed reporting helps ensure transparency and accuracy when issuing invoices to clients. Also worth to mention, it is easily accessible. I usually tracking time via pc, but mobile access allows me to track time even on business trips.

Cons:

I am using UKU for a year and I haven't noticed anything I wouldn't like.

Uku makes task management seamless

I have used Uku for 6 months now, and it is really user-friendly and easy to adapt to. Do not know a better task management software available in Estonia.

I really appreciate the new update where you can write comments on the task for other teammates to read- it makes teamwork much smoother and keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons:

When I want to find an older task to reuse, i have to scroll through the calendar manually to locate it. I would love to see a search bar at the top of the calendar view - it would make finding old tasks much quicker and more convenient.
