Uku as taken us to the next level in time and invoice management

Uku has optimized many our our processes. It has added efficiency and good analytical tools. We have had some additional needs, which are not available in Uku at the moment, however we are glad those improvements have been taken into the roadmap and will soon be available for all users.

* Its easy to use * continuous development, * tailor-made solutions, if needed * real time customer support, quick fixes of your problems
Cons:
it could be a bit challenging in the beginning to implement the optimum list of topics - you really have to think through what is you main purpose of using Uku. For us the main purpose has changed over the time - when we started, the main idea was to get the overview of hours spent on each client. Later, as we implemented invoicing module, we realized that topic setup was not corresponding to our needs, so it needed to be reviewed and updated. However, redoing is not a problem in Uku - all your "old" data is stored safely and you can use it any time.

Reasons for switching to Uku

although Kimai was a free soft, it had really limited possibilities. It covered our need for sometime, but with Uku we see that we can optimize and automate so much more

No automatic customer integration between local ERP; we have to initiate update every time we onboard a new client.

Program is easy to use. Most important is to discribe all work tasks correctly. All due dates and all points and discriptions and all client contacts. It is easy to forward tasks to other coworkers. But for that all important datas of works have to be discribed and charted first.
Cons:
System of using it comes in time. I have wrked with that program for few months and on that time, I have made some changes in my system. How to have better overview of all tasks and due dates and what is important to follow while filling in all first needed data.But it all comes in time while usuing. So that everybody have their own system, how it is easy fr them to work with this program.

Great tracking system for accounting service providers

I am satisfied with the services. It is rather easy to use, I can create repetitive tasks that will prevent me from forgetting any monthly/weekly tasks. Also I can track how much do I spend time on each project and which type of tasks takes most time.

Cons:
I find difficult to copy work plan from one project to another if possible at all

Perfect tool for planning workflow, distribution of tasks within the team, coverage for vacation season. For irregular tasks there is very convenient way to keep to-do list.
Cons:
It is challenging to set a recurrency for some tasks, for e.g every 15 days.

The feature I appreciate the most is UKU reports, which allows me to easily collect the actual hours my team spends on tasks. This detailed reporting helps ensure transparency and accuracy when issuing invoices to clients. Also worth to mention, it is easily accessible. I usually tracking time via pc, but mobile access allows me to track time even on business trips.
Cons:
I am using UKU for a year and I haven't noticed anything I wouldn't like.

I really appreciate the new update where you can write comments on the task for other teammates to read- it makes teamwork much smoother and keeps everyone on the same page.
Cons:
When I want to find an older task to reuse, i have to scroll through the calendar manually to locate it. I would love to see a search bar at the top of the calendar view - it would make finding old tasks much quicker and more convenient.
