Cons:

Can't add any extra references where appropriate. Sometimes character references are needed beyond the requirements of 3 years work history cover.

Very easy to use and follow for someone who struggles with technology. Liked how simple the layout was.

Cons:

Doesn’t save all of my inputted data for one of my references. Also had a slight bit of trouble when I wanted to go back to a previous page.

The system was incredibly easy to use and navigate. It made the process of requesting and providing references very smooth and efficient, saving time and reducing back-and-forth communication.

Cons:

There wasn’t much I disliked, but if I had to mention something, it might be that the initial learning curve for some advanced features took a little getting used to
