Overall, my experience with RefNow was very positive. The platform was user-friendly, efficient, and had a clean, intuitive design. I appreciated the flexibility in the information required, which made the process straightforward and stress-free. While there were a couple of areas that could be improved—such as the option to better accommodate private or freelance references—the overall functionality and ease of use made it a great tool for managing reference requests.

The required fields were easily understood. When an error was corrected the amended information was confirmed to be complete for the candidate. Correcting a mistake helped me to make note, and correct one other detail.

It was good! It was mostly easy to navigate and when I did enter an email wrong it understood and let me know. Overall great website.
