Genius Referrals 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

We had been talking about implementing a referral bonus program for some time but didn't have a great way to implement in the way that we envisioned. When I discovered Genius Referrals it seemed like the perfect solution and it really has been. The templates are very easy to use and we set up our campaign literally in minutes. The monitoring on it is awesome so it's simple to track what's working and adjust as needed. I'm so glad we discovered this software.

Now that I am signed up with Genius Referrals I am in need of customer support to help me set things up, however, today is day three without ANY response whatsoever from their customer service team. I am livid as I've already paid for the first month, and am anxious to get things set up. But without a customer service department available to support me, this software is useless!

We wanted to build a network of independant agents to promote our products and services along with an MLM capability to enable those agents to recruit other agents, etc. -- As such this company's software meets our goals excellently. On boarding took a little longer than anticipated, more so because of our (my teams) errors (making changes to code after they provided us their integration coding, etc) but overall its a quick process and depending on exactly how you do it, can be instant .. we required a custom integration.

I was trying to implement my own version of an affiliate program that involved video content creators being able to share a custom code easily. Between the design customizations and a whole laundry list of items that I required in order to pull this off, Genius Referrals offered far and away the best solution. Throughout the entire process of integrating right up to launch they provided me with excellent customer service and support. I highly recommend Genius Referrals for any affiliate program you're hoping to implement. They were a lifesaver when many of the alternatives out there just didn't offer everything I needed in one package.

We're using Genius Referrals to manage the referral aspect of our Ambassador Program right now. The setup at the beginning was not anywhere near as easy as it is claimed to be – sure, we could set up the basic program but getting it connected to our system took much longer than it should have and as a result there was a lapse in usability time for our Ambassadors (advocates). However, the team has worked with us every step of the way and have always been responsive to feedback and fairly quick to respond when we had questions or problems.

I looked high and low for a solution. We were very clear, we did not want an "affiliate" program that required us to pay out "commissions" but rather, "prizes" and bonuses for referrals. We also needed something that would seamlessly work with our multiple platforms. When I found Genius Referrals--it was all I could hope for and MORE. Now that I'm a customer, we're actually looking to move our affiliate program to this platform because Genius Referrals offers BOTH. The dashboard is fairly easy to navigate and what might feel perplexing is QUICKLY addressed by Genius Referral's expert support. Very thorough, very helpful and friendly. Questions are addressed very quickly along with step by step instructions as you go through and set up the platform for the first time. LOVE THIS COMPANY!

This company is terrible. During the sales process they tell you that there is an optional ( very expensive) onboarding fee if you want their help getting the product up and running. If you decided not to go with the onboarding fee and do it yourself it is virtually impossible as you will get very little, timely, useful help from them. Just know that you need to pay the onboarding fee to get this up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I will now be going with another provider for our referral system.

If you want to make your customers really promote your product or service and not just to subscribe to some contest or sweepstakes then this is for you! Believe me when I say that I searched around the web to find the right solution and finally when I found this it did not let me down! First of all, it is so good that these guys let you have a longer than usual risk-free period to evaluate. Pricing itself is actually very affordable. These guys are sure that you stick with them and they are correct - you will. Why? Well, here this. This Platform is full of features for almost every need. Most importantly is the brilliant ideology behind the structure itself which will guide you to make something... "genius". It is the whole and complete referral system. When it comes to customer service they will not let you down. You might feel a bit overwhelmed with all the information but it is understandable. Anyhow when you play around you´ll soon see the big picture. Along the way implementing and planning my own version, I had many questions and all of which were answered quickly and professionally. By the way, they have chat for customer service purposes and they also reply to emails very fast. I am very excited to launch our referral system on our website any day now.
