honestly, it just works, and the support’s actually helpful

No learning curve, no headaches. Trackdesk’s support and simplicity made the rollout smooth, even for less tech-savvy team members. It’s been a huge relief compared to past platforms that took weeks just to figure out the basics. Great product with great people behind it.

Trackdesk is one of those rare platforms that’s both powerful and genuinely easy to use. The interface is clear, well-organized, and you don’t need to be a tech expert to set things up or run campaigns. What really stood out for me though was the support. We had a couple of niche questions during setup, and their team jumped in with actual solutions, not just generic links. Super responsive and friendly too.

Cons:

Nothing so far. The product is solid, and the people behind it are accessible and knowledgeable. I would recommend improving UI little but other than that everything is great.

Does its job without drama.

I am a new small brand - i do not have the funds to pay for a monthly plan until I grow so opted in for the free plan. I was planning to upgrade as a grow. Unfortunately there is no where to get help with setup unless you are paying. I don't understand how they think new businesses are going to grow and upgrade if they do not help with HTML set up on a website. 0** as i cannot use. After i click accept cookies on my website, google analytics works, but track desk does not recognise the click .

Don't pay for invalid tracking, use Trackdesk instead

I tried Trackdesk to manage my affiliate program and found it straightforward to set up, with useful integrations like Stripe and Shopify. The free plan was great for getting startsed, but I did notice that support options were limited unless I upgraded to a paid plan. The UX is really neat, which makes managing my affiliate programs (I have a few) pretty easy.

Simplifying affiliate marketing and a helpful customer support team)

My overall experience with Trackdesk has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and packed with all the essential features I need to manage my affiliate marketing programs. I especially appreciate how easy it is to set up campaigns, track performance, and manage payouts. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful, which is always a plus.

I have tried a lot of affiliate platforms and I was fed up with their old-school designs and lack of features. Trackdesk changed the game for me. It's super easy to use and has everything I need to run my campaigns smoothly. Tracking performance and working with affiliates is easy now.

Cons:

As a satisfied user of Trackdesk, there isn't much I dislike about the platform. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the reporting features. While the basic reports are helpful, I would like to see more advanced options for analyzing campaign performance and affiliate activity.

Reasons for choosing Trackdesk

Better pricing and also better communication with the Trackdesk team.

Reasons for switching to Trackdesk

I previously used HasOffers (now TUNE). While it was a decent platform, over the time I felt it lacked the innovation and modern features that I was looking for. The interface felt outdated, and the reporting capabilities were limited. So after some research I decided to switch to Trackdesk which has a wider range of features and better reporting tools.

So many features packed into one clean platform

Honestly, this is probably the most complete affiliate tracking platform we’ve used so far. There’s a ton of functionality, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming or messy. The UX is clean, modern, and everything makes sense once you get familiar with it. We were able to launch multiple campaigns quickly, automate payout flows, and hook it all into our existing marketing stack without needing dev help. Definitely feels like a top affiliate tracking software for teams that want everything in one place, without limits.

Trackdesk does pretty much everything we need it to. Unlimited conversions, unlimited affiliates, and we don’t get hit with surprise limits like we did on other platforms. The number of integrations is impressive—everything from CRMs to analytics tools syncs nicely. The Marketplace is a smart touch too, makes it easier to find new partners. One of the biggest wins for us has been automated affiliate payouts. No more spreadsheets, no more manual work—it’s just handled.

Cons:

Takes a bit of time to discover everything it can do, it’s packed. Not a bad thing, but if you’re new, it’s worth diving into the help docs or booking a walkthrough with their team.
