"Customer service on nights and weekends is limited to 1 or 2 people, so if they get a doozy, you're sitting on hold for who knows how long during your busiest sales times. If I want to check sales on all of my Coors products, I can't just type in Coors and see which products sold or how many, you have to again open up every single product and run a product report."
"I also can't see the price without opening the product, so if I want to check and make sure that all Barefoot 750's are priced the same, I have to click on every single product to see it, instead of just looking at a list broken down by size and price."
"The POS terminal only lets you view the last 15 receipts. Why? If you need to look another one up, you've got to find the receipt number in the back office and then come back up and enter it in."
