"They said they would set up ACH transactions in addition to CC. After we cancelled and they charged us for breaking contract, they did refund us after I pointed out that they broke contract first and never met their obligations to us."
"Hard to contact anyone in customer relations and won't care about their mistakes or even realize your money is going to the wrong account."
