This was a cost-effective solution for multiple screens. The ease of use and connectivity was perfect. Adding content or managing my media was intuitive and fast.
Cons:
Spreading media across multiple devices at once while setting a timing sequence. I found that having to add images individually to playlist so I can adjust the time each image plays was a bit more than what I expected.

Again, easy to use and seemed more cost-effective to have for my business.

Reasons for switching to Yodeck

I reviewed ScreenCloud and actually bought a device. Then I also reviewed Optisign but no purchase. I wasn't satisfied so I reviewed Yodecks product, ordered, and immediately knew it fit my use.

I love how I am able to use one free screen to try out the features. I love that it also offers connected apps for media.
Cons:
I still find it a bit tedious to schedule when a slide goes live and is set to be hidden. And importing slide graphics in a specific order can take some time, if they upload in a random order. But other than that I love it.

Love Yodeck

Before Yodeck, updating screens meant USB sticks, manual uploads, or waiting for staff to change things. Now I can update every store instantly from my laptop or phone. If I change a price, launch a special, or promote a new drink, it’s live across all venues in seconds. It also removes the stress of human error — no outdated menus, no mismatched branding, no missed promos. Everything stays clean, consistent, and on-brand. Benefits I’m seeing: Huge time savings — updates take seconds, not hours. Consistency across all locations — every store always shows the correct menu and pricing. No more manual updates — everything is remote and automated. Professional branding — templates look sharp without needing a designer. Better customer experience — clear, modern screens that actually help sales. Less workload for staff — they don’t have to touch the screens at all. Overall, Yodeck gives me control, saves time, reduces mistakes, and helps keep all my cafés running smoothly — even when I can’t be everywhere at once.

I can schedule content, swap out specials, or update pricing from anywhere, and it all just works. Reliability has been rock-solid across all stores, and the remote management is a lifesaver when you’re juggling different sites and teams. The built-in templates look professional right away, which saves a heap of design time and keeps everything on-brand. For the price, the value is amazing. If you’re running multiple venues or just want digital signage that’s powerful, reliable, and ridiculously easy to manage, Yodeck is honestly one of the best tools you can use.

none. it worked well and met all the minimum requirements i needed it to do. I cant say anything bad about it

It's super easy to use, easy to implement with existing hardware (we had Raspberry Pi), the widgets are useful and the quality of the overall product enhances the image of the business for visiting clients.
Cons:
Some of the widgets text is slightly lower resolution i.e. our scan for WiFi and weather are lower res than the time and rss feeds.

Yodeck for the win!

Overall it coudn't be better. The ONLY thing that stands out a little bit (because it did impact me), was that when I set up the formal demo for my whole team with Yodeck, at least half had trouble joining and we lost participation. I know it was a bit frustrating for my manager. I did give a list of all the participants emails ahead of time. All that said, I don't know exactly what that issue was related to, and it's possible some were not logged into the correct accounts. I think that's pretty unlikely though, considering how many had issues.

UX and UI are excellent. It's so well thought out. As a low level UX designer, I can't believe how often I come across glaring mistakes and pain points. This immediately causes me to lose some degree of respect for institution it's related to. While I may have designed some things slightly differently myself, Yodeck's UX/UI is one of the first in awhile where I have no complaints at all. What changes I would make are subjective in other words. It's an incredible value. Support is really good, and I'm impressed with the AI that's built in to support. It's very functional and usable.
Cons:
This is pretty minor, but the only thing I'm not entirely impressed with is the tutorial/educational content. With a few exceptions as it relates to topics, there's very little detail. It's rather broad and basic. I would guess it's probably in early stages of development, and so it hasn't really impacted my perception of Yodeck. This is entirely subjective, but I don't think the branding for Yodeck is all that great. While that doesn't matter much to me, I wonder if it was one of the reasons I had a hard time selling it to my team at first, and this is the only reason I'm mentioning it at all.

There really isn't a lot. The only feature we have is using an internet connection sometimes the menu's take awhile to update and show the new display. By getting a box that issue will be fixed.

Day 1 I googled Yodeck and similar businesses to find a solution to us managing our display screens. After some research it was a two horse race and Yodeck came out on top for value for money.

Yodeck provides everything we need to keep our screens up to date. I really like that there are so many online resources to help you work the interface. That said its easy to use. There customer support is good when you have a question so that is reassuring. I find it good value for money.
Cons:
I have yet to find a con. Its genuinely a struggle to get to the 100 character limit on this question.

Ease of setup - I purchased the dedicated devices and was very happy. Dashboard has the info I need including ability to see what's playing on device in real time. Reuse capabilities reduce the amount of overhead needed to maintain content.
Cons:
Admin ui could use some polishing. The reuse capabilities require some planning but no complaints - I should do that anyway.

It is a pity that support is primarily English-based. For a company operating internationally, not having native German speakers for technical or billing issues is a significant barrier for my team.
