Oggvo vs Trustpilot: Which is best for you?

A young lady, [sensitive content hidden], spent more than an hour on two occasions to orient me to Oggvo's program and most importantly, by using Share Screen on Zoom, she walked me step by step through the process of getting connected to Oggvo, getting my social media connected, showing me how to add and customize elements, etc.

I do NOT recommend unless you have lots of time on your hands. If you're like me and most of your business comes from repeat customers & referrals, this is probably a waste of time & $ for you too.

Trustpilot is useful for tracking customer opinions and establishing credibility for the brand, as well as making marketing decisions, and it brings reviews together into one place so that trends and issues can be easier to spot over time.

It seems like it's a bit of a 'necessary evil' to have, on one hand we need a system to collect customer reviews, but also the ability to reply to any reviews and so we're left paying for this expensive bit of software just to manage our reputation.
