Software is easy to use and has many functions that make working smart!

Sometimes the amount changes if you do not fill in the details in order ie don't fill in the amount before reason for PO

Efficient and User - friendly platform for Procurement Processes

The overall experience with Procurement Express is generally positive for businesses that are looking for a straightforward and easy to use procurement solution.

Pros:

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. It has quick purchase approval process and helps users track of budgets in real time providing alerts when thresholds are reached . The mobile app is an added value to the overall user experience offering the flexibility to manage purchase approvals and procurement processes from anywhere.

Cons:

Although it offers basic reporting features, they may not be as comprehensive and not very user friendly as some users would prefer. Another drawback is that the system does not allow saving a PO when no budget is available. This forces users to create or adjust a budget first. This process is time consuming and can disrupt workflows.

From set up to live usage, we have full support from the team almost 24/7. Most important, team are very helpful and listening to the customer needs and providing excellent service and support.

Pros:

Procurement Express is excellent , it can be built to your needs which is a bonus and the extras that is added really helps like the scanning of documents for saving time when processing PO'S and adding Invoices , I purchased PE for my company who never had a Purchasing tool ,all staff love it and it is so easy to use .Excellent Customer Service which is truly second to none . Integrate with your Invoicing system this will save time in your accounts department too.

Cons:

I truly do not have any dis likes regarding this Purchasing tool none that i can remember anyway !
