Ease of procurement

It has helped in solving loopholes in procurement processes, setup controls, approval limits, accountability and reporting is formalised, store keeping at different sites is enhanced. Generating monthly report is easier.

Pros:

The ease of creating a Purchase Order and how easy the application was to learn. Our organization needed specific information set up for us to use, and that was done quickly.

Cons:

Scan in the Purchase Request is great, except when you specifically click on the Purchase Request tab, and fill in the information, it gets scanned in as an invoice. The inability for us to make changes, we have to reach tech support.

Reasons for switching to ProcurementExpress.com

It was not user friendly, and we had to save all the PO's in a separate file. With Procurement Express we have everything in one place.

very user friendly interface, much easier to use especially for new users. it offers real time budget and spending data, which helps a lot in terms of finance planning. also has the ability to use it on mobile, very convenient

Best in this space - 2 years on!

Cons:

Setting it up took a little longer than expected but once I did, my team and I were able to make changes on the fly to make it suitable for our evolving needs.

simple to use, staff is attentive when help is needed. easy to navigate. user friendly. Not sure what else to write.

Cons:

some simple tasks should be easy to compete, like changing the requester of a po, or the budget. Reports sometimes take long to generate. At time the system is very slow but overall a great system
