- Currently I can't fault the product and I know if I found something the team would be happy to work with me to make alterations, that's the beauty of something so customisable and company with great customer service.
- Easily configurable, easy to use, included all that is needed for basic risk management
- It has made managing identities and access easier throughout the company, improved security through trusted methods of authentication and made the IT workload involving password resets and new user onboarding smaller. Although this has a slight learning curve on the administrators side, once all the settings are made, the platform will be smooth and will not need much maintenance.
- Custom app integrations and oauth configurations took me longer than expected and the admin console performance was also slow and it felt buggy when it should be snappier.
