Worst Customer support Ever.. i would give minus rating if there is any..

Very Very bad experience and the worst customer support we have ever received from a product. at the time of writing this review, my whole account is down for 5 days now, and till now the customer support team never replied to our emails or chats!!!!!

Nothing worth mentioning here. I'm writing this review to get their management's attention, maybe they don't know how bad their customer support team is.

Cons:

First and most importantly, they have an incompetent customer support team who barely replies to our concerns and forget about the 24/7 support that they say they have. Go contact them on chat and good luck after that if anyone replied to you. Very difficult to integrate with other platforms, and as explained above, no support for the integration.

Essential!

Absolutely essential, I've been a super early adopter and it's the solution to a problem: the legal management of Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. A must have.

Pros:

Easy to use, easy to install, also for dummies. Fast and super useful!

Cons:

Just one thing: the Consent Solution is, currently, hard to manage due to the fact that it requires development knowledge and doesn't have a dashboard to manage the consent certificates generated when users allow to navigate a website.

GDPR made easy

GDPR is tedious; I'm a web designer but suddenly I'm supposed to be a lawyer too. Iubenda takes that problem away and gives me peace of mind.

Pros:

It's easy to set up and can be implemented on a Wordpress site with a simple plugin.

Cons:

I prefer to pay per site, and Iubenda is 'one size fits all'. Whether it's a simple one page site or a complex multi page site, the price is the same. More flexible pricing would be good or, better still, more availability of the free version for small projects.

Pros:

It is an easy to implement/complete solution for the Cookie Law and GDPR, offering a IAB-compliant CMP solution, a need for medium/big editors. It offers several plugins for the most common CMS to automate the integration process. I needed a customized installation, and the support team helped me a lot.

Cons:

I really wanted a complete reference of the javascript API: I spent some time trying to find all the technical details in the docs, while I usually read just the reference to understand every possibility offered by the software.

Quick and easy compliant webforms and cookie policy creation.

Was good while it lasted, but had to replace eventually. Maybe would use again on a quick build ecommerce site.

Pros:

Was easy to build forms and cookie policies using templates and wizard. Many shortcodes and intergration for form building. A good choice of styling options and abilty to use via imbed, or plug-in.

Cons:

I would say for the most part, that the solution is expensive in comparison to other services offering fully compliant web forms and/or policies. If you know a thing or two about HTML/CSS, the styling and embed does not really matter all that much.

Iubenda GDPR

Personally I had already used Iubenda some time ago for the service dedicated to privacy. In recent months I have used (and also used by others ...) Iubenda to manage the complex part dedicated to GDPR
