"It has made managing identities and access easier throughout the company, improved security through trusted methods of authentication and made the IT workload involving password resets and new user onboarding smaller. Although this has a slight learning curve on the administrators side, once all the settings are made, the platform will be smooth and will not need much maintenance."
"I also like the hr integrations with our major cloud softwares because I only have to manually enter new hire onboarding information one time and then its all automated for the rest of their new hire process which really saves my time helps to clean my interface."

"Custom app integrations and oauth configurations took me longer than expected and the admin console performance was also slow and it felt buggy when it should be snappier."
