Pros:

The most I like about Hermix is that it saves you a lot of time with the search, the listed information are clean and clear. You get to have fast information regarding contracts that are about to expire and get renewal and you can prepare for the bid in time, and you have enough information that can help you make a nice competitive analysis and create your next strategy. I definitely recommend Hermix.

Cons:

In some cases where a lot of data have to be displayed within a column, you have to make a lot of scrolling. This could be optimize by simply listing only limited number of characters and access a "read more" button if its relevant for the user.

Pros:

Hermix is maybe the best sales analytics and market automation tool that I've used over the years; it really responds to our company's needs. Not only that it saves research time and provides the best tenders opportunities adding constantly new data sources, but it is also a good collaborative tool when implemented in small to medium organizations. I especially like the latest features implemented: AI summary, self-service for organization managers, download function, daily digest, flags board, features that are fast implemented in response to users needs and suggestions. The Hermix team is always very helpful and agile in supporting our business, they are open to feedback and offer a quick turnaround when it comes to implementing new features on request. A fantastic team delivering a fantastic tool!

Cons:

There was room for improvement in the collaborative features and the team was fast and open to work with us to respond to our suggestions! All in all, when we offer feedback, Stefan's team is impressive in their quick turnaround.

Pros:

We're using Hermix extensively to identify market trends and opportunities. It is a great source of information, and we particularly like the fact that data is refreshed on a daily basis. It's easy to use, and provides for a lot of ways to do deeper investigations on the available data.

Cons:

The tool is clearly still under development and some features lack or are less useful. This is however more than compensated by a reactive support team.

Pros:

The organisation of the content is very good. Navigation is very simple and easy to follow. Tools available are extremely useful.

Cons:

As a platinum member, I expected all content to be available, however, this was not the case, and Hermix is monetising some content and tools even for platinum members. In my opinion this is not right.
