Excellent tool for public tendering, helps our presales team in working with various public tender websites.

Pros:

Takes out a lot of pain from working with public tender websites as we do at Tremend in projects with European Comission. We've been building some scrapers of our own a few years ago, stopped there, but Hermix is another level.

Cons:

I see their UI progressing, I think they can improve it even further

Pros:

1) I found there requests for tenders that were not visible in other platforms 2) Allows for the possibility to filter on "countries" and you will receive notifications from those countries only. Awesome.

Cons:

Different setup than what I was used to, but definitely worth to try.

Reasons for switching to Hermix

the above field does not allow me to choose "internal product" which is what I no longer use because I use hermix.

There are still some bugs . Eg : contract extensions are not taken into consideration for forecasts

Plurarity of information. Ability to have Rfp and QA documents collected for me from the EC Funding Portal. Ability to provide short summary of an opportunity.

Cons:

Sometime provision of schematics of various information is a bit overwhelming. I would like to have a more clear list of the incumbents of each opportunity, i.e. to have to look even less than is now needed.

Hermix makes it incredibly easy to navigate public sector insights, identify opportunities quickly, and make data-driven decisions. Plus, the intuitive interface and responsive support team make the experience even better!

Cons:

Hermix is a powerful tool but there is a learning curve when first getting familiar with all its features. Some advanced functionalities could be more intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, the platform is incredibly valuable.

Hermix is great for tapping into public money!

The onboarding is smooth, the UX is intuitive. You learn fast what you can do with the platform what is where and how to use it. All is straight forward. It does what it is supposed to do!

Pros:

It helps find opportunities from the public sector that would otherwise be missed. What I like best is that it shows you what companies are generally winning that particular deal and the values at which those competitors are closing deals.

Cons:

I feel the need to also have the auction documents analyzed and summarized by the platform. Also, I feel the need to better analyze the potential match between our ideal auction type and the newly listed auctions. Many auctions fit the selection criteria we made in Hermix but are not a great fit for us.
