My experience with Kenko as a booking tool has been excellent, providing the essential features I needed to efficiently set up and manage my business operations.

Many tools feel redundant and poorly integrated, and essential settings are buried under multiple layers of menus, forcing you to dig endlessly just to make simple changes.

It would also be very helpful if direct partial refunds were available, and if inactive memberships could be archived to keep everything organised and tidy.

The system presented numerous errors — clients booking without payment, incorrect billing, and issues with data management — all of which directly affected my studio operations and client trust.
