About BeOne

BeOne is a cloud-based logistics management software that helps customs brokers and freight forwarding businesses streamline transportation, accounting, CRM, warehousing and other administrative processes. It provides several functionalities including electronic invoicing, messaging, graphic printing, barcode scanning and trip planning.

BeOne offers a TMS - ocean freight module, that enables shippers to communicate and collaborate with agents through EDI (electronic data interchange) and archive issued and received documents. It also assists in identifying shipments with invoice numbers and recipients, manage container positioning via FCL (full container load) and master files, and schedule ship voyages through the website. Additionally, the FTL management module allows members to identify optimal freight routes through cartography and manage customer orders based on vehicle availability.

BeOne facilitates integration with third-party eCommerce solution provider, INTTRA. Multi-lingual support is extended via help desk, mobile assistance, FAQs, phone and email.

    Non solo il software ma anche l'azienda

    Consente di fare il "salto di qualità". Se uno utilizza il software come una enorme e costosissima macchina da scrivere, allora la Olivetti Lettera 22 va benissimo, e conviene continuare ad usarla. Ma se uno vuole "fare veramente delle cose", allora questi sono il software e l'azienda che ci vogliono.

    Il software si è evoluto negli anni con molte funzionalità che lo rendono utilizzabile facilmente dagli utenti. Si possono fare facilmente integrazioni con altre soluzioni verticali e la parte di comunicazione è molto sviluppata e sviluppabile. Anche l'azienda ha avuto una evoluzione importante e, più che fornitore, la qualificherei come partner. Che è diverso.
    Cons:
    Nulla in particolare. Come tutti i software, per quanto elaborato, è un "semilavorato" che deve essere adattato alle proprie esigenze: è una importante base di partenza.

    Soprattutto per l'Azienda. Uno non compra solo il prodotto, le spedizioni le fanno tutti, chi meglio e chi peggio. Ma l'assistenza è importante. Assistenza e Piattaforma tecnologica solide e sulle quali si può sviluppare. Poi anche il prodotto.

    Nova Systems is a mandatory choice when it comes to logistics software. We have adopted their products nearly a year ago and the overall experience isvery positive. The sales and implimentation team are highly knowlegable and understood our requirements immediately. We have been given hands on training too. Their technical support is also excellent as they always manage to fix any bugs or issues instantly. Bone gave us the opportunities to work uninterrupted during these difficult times. Highly recommended
    Cons:
    it does not support any other accounting system apart from their syste, The software is sometimes complex with too much information to digit which is not required for our purposes but the Nova Systems team are continously working to improve the product
