Logility Platform 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

As a user of Logility I really appreciate the fact that it allows me to access data from various sources and now my boss has stopped asking me questions about the graphs since they appear sufficient enough. And also I really enjoy the fact that the technical support staff are available 24/7 even late at night and hence I can solve any issue at any point in time.

Great for a small companies making their first step into BI but maybe will be quickly outgrown, avoid if a mid to larger size company.

Before using this product, all our data was segmented into silos (Demand Planning in one system, Inventory data in another, Finance in their own spreadsheets, etc.). With Logility we are able to use all the information in one place; therefore, we are all working with the same numbers. In addition, it allows non-supply chain individuals to view the performance metrics without requiring someone to interpret them for them.

It has taken a long time to implement, much of that is on us because of the way we decided to implement. I don't believe we were given sufficient advise in the beginning. We have since transferred to new account and project managers and things are moving along nicely. My advise would be to understand the software using simplified data first, once you have a good understanding of the extractions, transformations and how those translate through SQL to the BI tool, you are on your way to building a user friendly BI tool.

Before this we had like fifty different excel files and it was complete chaos with many mismatched versions. Now all of our data is in one place and it takes me about five minutes to run a scenario compared to waiting days. I spend less time correcting for manual errors now, therefore I am glad that I can focus on actual design.

It is beginning to help us combine different departments (headcount, sales, budgeting) onto one cloud platform so they are at least looking at the same version of truth, and not multiple versions of the same spreadsheet, which is beneficial. In addition to all of this, the extremely fast calculation engine will allow us to run large scenario models quickly and honestly, it is the reason I am able to complete my job within enough time to actually leave for the day.

Logility has allowed us to reduce unneeded inventory and has improved forecast accuracy this directly decreased stockouts/holding costs. I feel more confident in the decisions we have made to plan our life because the data seems better linked and reliable.

Logility Platform helps to gather all our planning and forecasting functions into a single record and by doing this we need less tools. So it increases our forecast accuracy and I don't need to run for manual updates.

The manual reporting mess of having all the different spreadsheets are gone. The trends for our Supply Chain are now available visually. It shows how the performance metrics are performing without having to click through 20 separate folders.
