Market Dojo delivers strategic sourcing and supply chain performance solutions. Key features include event management, auction planning, supplier and user management, smart reporting and white labeling.

RFX functionality helps users to run RFX weighted event questionnaires including a request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP) and request for quote (RFQ).

AI supplier questionnaires allow users to score bids so that users can make smarter, faster decisions. In addition to managing RFQ events, Market Dojo centralises your data, including a participant database as well as a document library for managing documents commonly used in RFQ events.

User management feature helps to segregate users on the basis of event category, team and stakeholder level. In addition, users can create events and collaborate with other teams using smart event templates.

This unique on demand solution is priced on a per-user-per-month subscription basis and typically delivers 16% savings to organisations and procurement teams both large and small.

Pros:

Market Dojo's benefit over that of other systems is its ease of use with a high level of customization. As such, MD is a tool which can be made as complicated or as basic as the project requires. This is a real benefit to users initially getting up to speed on its functionality.

Cons:

More could be done on the reporting that is developed as an output of an auction exercise - something more visual and that allows for a greater amount of manipulation.

eSourcing software - excellent system

I have always found working with MarketDojo and the team a pleasure - great software, good support and very engaging team who go the extra mile. Recommend them to anyone looking for a cost effective, easy to use sourcing tool.

Intuitive and user-friendly to use. Skillful customer support is always ready to help. The biggest benefit is definitely the value Market Dojo delivers effectivity to our Procurement team and saves a ton of money for the organisation.

Effective, no frills

We have been using MarketDojo for several e-sourcing events, from simple to complex ones. The client / customer support team is very effective, and the tool is basic, but gets the job done without needing to invest significant amounts of money for larger suites. It is worth to invest some time in thinking through the event structure, to avoid extra workload in the analysis/awarding phases.

Great Program- Very Useful!

We utilized the tool to help source materials critical to our operation. We got a better price from our current vendor, and brought on a new vendor with a 40% price improvement and 90% lead time reduction! My customer rep from MarketDojo ([sensitive content hidden]) was fantastic throughout the whole process and really helped make it a success.

The RFP was a valuable tool that not only got us better rates from our current vendor, it opened the door to bring more vendors online to help support our operation. Looking as the possibility of a 90% lead time reduction for the items we did an RFP on.

Cons:

The dashboard was a little too busy. Needs some more ease of use there.

Great Software

The software is user-friendly, inexpensive. And the most important is that the customer support is great, they always available to questions (skype, mail) and they return with answers very fast.

Pros:

My favorite thing is that the system is very easy to use, and in a few hours you can be an expert in the system. Also, it is easy to learn new features in the system.

Cons:

In order to add additional categories for the suppliers ranking, for example - quality, suppliers had to fill out a questionnaire. which is an Indirect solution to the problem.

Pros:

The software was built by experts in the field and this is evident went you use it. Setting up auctions/reserve auctions are very easy. They also have excellent customer service. Using Market Dojo offers not just a great software but an excellent team of professional support.

Cons:

Not a lot to complain about here. Generally, the software is great and still improving. Therefore, i expect more functionality from later updates. However, it currently serves most of the needs
