Click Armor have really enabled me to expand my offering to customers - everyone enjoys the training, and the extensive feature-set is ever growing. Features like SSO are critical to ease adoption of a product, and simple management makes this a dream to use. The ongoing support has been second-to-none, the team are always happy to help and drive development of new features.

Any con that may have existed, have been resolved by the team - either by implementation of new features, or bug fixes. Their ongoing support has been invaluable, and meant that there are no cons left for me to report.

The main advantages of the Click Armor platform is that it teaches core security awareness concepts in a gamification context that is fun, competitive, and educational. Many security awareness programs contain boring videos and modules which you forget about in a week's time. I know this for a fact, because our organization has experimented with all kinds of security awareness training modules over the years and we always end up making fun of the educational movies and suggesting ways to make them better (e.g., by making the villain into the hero). But with Click Armor, it's different. To begin with, you are racing against a clock to complete the lessons just like you are racing against a clock while playing Super Mario Brothers. As a result, your mind is trained to think faster and become more focussed -- which is exactly what you expect from employees who you are trusting with the security of your organization. Second, you are competing with other people on a scoreboard which makes you want to take the lessons again in order to beat your rivals. Third, you are able to explore different areas of security vulnerability and understand the psychological games which cyber threat actors like to play in order to trick you into giving up valuable information. These intuitive skills are invaluable, because if you understand the psychological tricks, then you are more likely to identify suspicious emails or figure out whether a client's email has been hacked.

When I last used the software, there were certain areas that were not covered. But that can always be addressed with subsequent iterations, which happens with all platforms.

The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Enjoy everything about the software but I am eager for an expansion into live phishing simulations.

Click Armor is different from the usual Powerpoint presentations, boring lectures, or pdfs that are often used for security training. The built-in competition between users encourages people to actually pay attention.

I would like to see the training library expanded to include HR content. Otherwise, no complaints!

We were able to use the platform in both official languages; however, French could use some polishing.

The best feature of Click Armor is the Gamification approach. It is radically different from what is on offer in the market. For the price point vs capabilities, it has one of the best ROI for SMB and Enterprise organizations.
