Perfect Solution!

After much research and many demonstrations, this service was the best solution for our small company. The price was right, the training was perfect and it was very easy to use and assign to each agent to use.

Pros:

This was the perfect solution for our small Call Center business to get our agents certified in Cybersecurity. The platform was simple to use and the Certificates were easy to download and file. We now have yet another qualification that we can boast about to our clients!

Cons:

The only thing that I disliked, is the fact that we had to implement it! However once we did, it was easy to use and gave us that extra edge of being Certified in Cybersecurity Awareness!

- easy to deploy and renew without having to go through a sales cycle

Cons:

the LMS system that has been tried to be implemented limits the ability to use the licenses effectively.
