About GoldPhish

GoldPhish is a security awareness training solution designed to help businesses deploy phishing simulations, quizzes, bite-sized courses, interactive modules and other content to educate employees about cyber attacks.

Key features of GoldPhish include white-label, multi-tenant management, activity tracking and email invitations. Administrators can enroll staff members individually or in bulk, assign training campaigns and access campaign reports to track performance on a department or individual level. Additionally, employees can receive automated notifications about assigned training and access them via an online portal according to requirements.

GoldPhish allows businesses to launch or schedule simulated phishing attacks. The product is available for free or on annual subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, email and FAQs.

GoldPhish Feedbacl - Reseller to Customers (& NFR)

I really like the product. In terms of deploying licensing, adding users and companies, content, and pricing are all massive bonuses to having people want to use it. Some of those finer details on adjusting the training and reports would make it a top end product.

The videos and content of the modules are up to date and capturing. We compared the training to Webroot and it's definitely more relevant than their training. The flow of the work is great.

Cons:

I believe the test should be able to report back to admin on your first attempt results. Happy for users to re-do the tests but how do you honestly know if they took in the training if everyone gets 100% because they re-sit the test until they get that score. There's no GDPR module, which there should be. Need more questions, so users re-sit the tests, they get new ones, rather than the same 3-5 questions.
