About Logistaas

Logistaas is a cloud TMS for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics service providers. It is used by global, regional, and local freight forwarders in 80+ countries.

The main modules in Logistaas include CRM, Pricing, Shipments Management, Finance Management, Online Customer Portal, and Reports. It is integrated with INTTRA and several eAWB platforms, including Traxon CargoHUB, Descartes, CCNhub, Carognaut, and WinWebConnect.

The CRM and Pricing modules in Logistaas were explicitly designed to manage logistics service providers' sales cycles. Sales teams can log daily activities, set reminders for subsequent actions, create and track opportunities, manage rates, register inquiries, and generate quotations.

The Shipments module supports sea/air/land, inbound/outbound/domestic/cross trade, and standalone/consolidated/transshipped/multimodal shipments. It allows users to generate documents needed (in any language or format). Users can also manage files related to shipments (upload, email, etc.).

Aduanas CID is happy with logistaas

in one word great. has a lot of option to make integration with other programs, like i said is easy to use and the customer service is very good

the customer service, [sensitive content hidden] is the rock star of customer service in logistaas. another thing that i like is that the program is really easy to use

is not so easy to find old invoices, sometimes is complicated to search or in my concern i get a little confuse

The platform offers an excellent customer portal, giving clients full tracking visibility and the ability to run their own reports with ease. The Logistaas team is dynamic, forward-thinking, and constantly looking for ways to improve the system rather than remaining static. What I appreciate most about Logistaas is that it is AWS based, ensuring our data is highly secure. Their ethos is never to stand still they are always looking for the next improvement. The TMS is market-leading when it comes to tracking capabilities and carbon footprint monitoring. Additionally, the customer portal empowers our clients to self-serve, saving time and increasing efficiency

Cons:

What I least like about Logistaas is that it doesn’t include a warehouse management system. If it did, they would be the complete package for freight forwarders! 🙂

Reasons for choosing Logistaas

We chose Logistaas over CargoWise for two main reasons: first, cost; and second, our experience with CargoWise showed that its functionality is nowhere near as user-friendly as Logistaas, and making changes in CargoWise is not straightforward

How much sense it makes and how anything I want to do is there easily to find. It is very user friendly.

Cons:

Maybe that there are so many steps to take in order to issue a credit note for example, but this will maybe change in the future.

Pros:

Efficient flow between modules, reports are precise, integration between different systems is possible and easy with the right tools which Logistaas provides. Not forgetting to mention the excellent and professional team members and the user friendly interface.

Cons:

I would add the count of search results in each search criteria in ever module, give notification with things are changed from integration. because audit logs are not always accessible to all.

Very easy to learn and seamless. The support is 100%. Presently the Group is using it (Nigeria / US /Kenya office on using Logistaas.

This program is very easy to use and it's on the internet so you can access it anywhere. Customer service is always willing to assist and very pleasant to work with.

Cons:

This program is developed outside of the US and there are certain things that a US software can do like file AES information (which is only allowed inside US) as well as TSA credentials (again only in the US). There are work-arounds so it's not a huge issue. I'd still recommend this product.

LogistaaS provides a very user-friendly interface and efficient workflow that helps simplify logistics operations, also the system is stable, easy to use, and has strong customer support.

Cons:

There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes system updates take a bit longer than expected and too many updates without notification during the working days, however LogistaaS support team is always responsive and helpful in resolving such issues.

I am mainly using it for CMR creating and client's database filling. Like it because after one time filling, next time by autofill the creating of CMR takes less time to create.

Cons:

I dont know what i didnt like. Even if there is smth that i dont like, with the team i discuss it, and they are doing necessary changes, so working will be more efficient.
