- I appreciate that it helps with social media management, gives me the blue checkmark on my social media profile, and allows cross posting between Instagram and Facebook
- The benefit of being able to advertise on their platforms outweighs the frustrations: constantly removing targeting options that are helpful for us, always making it harder to build custom campaigns versus their AI suggested, and the nonexistent support is frustrating when we have ads that get disapproved.

- I like the option to be able to control the post-approval from the portal and the integration with the different social media.
- When they pitched the idea to us, it was not unreasonable. When we had issues with the lack of quality, they refused to accommodate us. When we complained that their posts were not the quality we expected, they simply argued that our constant rejection of their posts was "good learning" for them. But it never improved. And we were stuck in a contract that we could not leave without paying 87% of the yearly cost (despite requesting to end the contract more than a year in advance of our contract end date).
