Meta for Business vs Simplified: Which is best for you?

I appreciate that it helps with social media management, gives me the blue checkmark on my social media profile, and allows cross posting between Instagram and Facebook

The benefit of being able to advertise on their platforms outweighs the frustrations: constantly removing targeting options that are helpful for us, always making it harder to build custom campaigns versus their AI suggested, and the nonexistent support is frustrating when we have ads that get disapproved.

On the bright side, their support team is excellent—real people, not bots, respond quickly to queries. If they could improve the user experience and make it more intuitive, I’d happily give them a 5-star rating.
