Review of IRS Solutions Software in my Tax Resolution practice

My experience has been great while using the software and if I have some issues they are readily available to hear my issues and resolve them.

Pros:

It keeps getting better all the time and they take our feedback as users to make improvements and functionality. It is a top notch practice mangement solution that helps me manage my cases with ease and confidence.

Cons:

As with many software solutions as they grow and become feature rich they sometimes become cumbersome to navigate but the development team is always open for our suggestions to improve and add our practicioner suggestions.

Much easier to use than other solutions and all around good people to work with that own and run the business.

Reasons for switching to IRS Solutions Software

I was too much to get my other CRM to the level of where IRS Solution Software is now without lots of expensive and outsourced customization so it made sense to switch over to a softwarte solution that was made specically for Tax Resolution case management

The user interface is quite intuitive and easy to use.

Cons:

I wish it would incorporate with MyCase so I could port over client details instead of having to copy over a lot of data.

Pros:

that the forms auto fill and you can make changes and it follows through to other forms they are always trying to improve.

Cons:

it would be nice to have a per case charge instead of paying monthly if you aren't using it. Also would be nice to be able to turn off some features not needed to reduce the cost.

IRS Solutions - It's in the Name

Overall, it is super helpful and I'm glad to have it. It makes my job easy and I can support my clients in an efficient manner. It is easy to use, it provides real time updates, and I can be the best representative that I can be.

Pros:

It is an easy to use tool that is very affordable. I am able to have everything I need at my fingertips for all my clients. I can accurately and efficiently give my clients tax advice and assist with their support in seconds.

Cons:

I haven't really worked with other software so I am not sure how it compares but it doesn't seem to have any issues that I can tell.

Very happy with IRS Solutions Software

I can't really think of anything that I did not like.

Everything; however, the customer service is second to none. Sandy is always here for us if there is something we do not understand.

Cons:

We truly have not run into any cons so far. However, if we have something we do not understand or need help with, it is available.

Impressed with the ease in which to get the informaion together

It is one of the best tax programs I have used. One of the best features was that I could ask the people running the program a question an get a response back almost immediately. It was great having a person with so much experience with the IRS backing us up.

Pros:

The ease with which I could get to the IRS site an get my POAS downloaded. Also, way I could get clients to download information to me and the ability to keep client information in my Solutions files. The cost of the program is very reasonable.

Cons:

The info videos were too fast. The length on several were for a few minutes and I found myself having go stop them and backtrack numerous times making the video into a 15 minute video. Just more the cursor more slowly so I can follow without having to stop all of the time.

Great Product with Good Peeps!

It has been a delight. I was having some issues uploading my data base of clients and I called there support. They were wonderful and suggested that perhaps a CSV file would work and sure enought it did. They also softly advised me of a few misspellings!

Pros:

I like the fact that it is fast! When I need to download a transcript, depending in the IRS of course, I can retrieve it often within 30 seconds and go over it with a client. Also, the reports are compiled quickly. Of course, with this type of program, they will prepare the common forms which you need for resolution.

Cons:

I am not sure about this, I can be picky and sometimes I need to realized that user error or failing to read instructions can be the source of angst.
