  • if you come from another email client, EmClient import your previous email configuration so you do not have to worry/bother about what to set in server and ports, very useful feature, especially for those who aren't skilled.
  • I think this is a bug that they are unable or unwilling to tackle because only a small number of users are complaining and it is easier for them to lose a few customers than it is to fix the problem.

  • Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).
  • I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.
