A Perfect Zoom Alternative

Literally just got off a GoBrunch Meeting with GoBrunch fouder. I had submitted some feedback, ad I was requested to discovery meeting and now after a discussion, the suggestions are being implimented.

Pros:

I lovee that I can host meetings or webinars from the same platform without needing additional subscriptions. I also love that I can or praticipants can move items on screen around to their preferred view.

Cons:

Two things they are addressing which I dont care for at present. Most views, the participant camera view is too small to actually see facial expressions and body language. Theare addressing this. I do understand the bandwidth issues of larger images but we need to see each other. 2nd, each layout has a preset number of participants so If I choose a 32 person layout and 50 show up, 18 dont get into the meeting. I need to choose 72 person layout and if 50 show up, there are 22 unoccupied vacant seats on screen.

Pros:

GoBrunch have a comprehensive set of tools that can accommodate the needs of various users. The ability to record and download sessions, as well as the chat history, is particularly helpful for those who want to review past conversations and discussions. This is very useful for me, as an online clinical psychologist.The app's support for up to eight organizers is also a plus, as it allows for better collaboration and coordination among team members. Full moderation controls for mics and cams are also crucial for ensuring a smooth and productive virtual meeting.One of the features I like the most is the screen share feature with sound, ability to play YouTube videos, and upload slides make the app suitable for presentations and webinars. The option to customize and brand virtual spaces with various tools such as background images, texts, seating circles, and navigation between rooms, had provided me and my clients a more immersive and personalized experience.

Cons:

Regarding recommendations for improvement, one area that the app could enhance is in the ability to host larger events with more than eight organizers. This could help to accommodate larger organizations that may require more than eight organizers to collaborate efficiently.

Cons:

It would be good to have a whiteboard available here, even though you can use some external ones such as Jamboard, Miro, etc.

Very intuitive and fun!

A fun, easy-to-setup and use platform! It really surprised me just how intuitive everything was. The experience in a Gobrunch meeting is so much fun! Great team and great product!

Pros:

It mimics a real-life interaction very well! You really feel you’re in a real room with everyone else! The layouts make it a very fun experience. I also like the fact that you can re-arrange the elements (chat box, screen views, etc) on the layout as you wish. Lastly, it works EXCELLENTLY on mobile which really surprised me!

Cons:

Honestly, apart from the lack of direct integrations with popular crm’s, there’s nothing to dislike. Gobrunch is an EXCELLENT tool!

GoBrunch is one the best platform for webinar. Some pros of GoBrunch are mentioned below: - Easy and Simple - No install/download - 400+ users can join - Speaker/presenter is shown top

Cons:

However the software is good, still there are some rooms to be improve. It would have been better if mentioned below points are updated: - Little bit confusing GUI - Slow perform on slow internet - It would be better if some features are add, other wise I have found GoBrunch is better platform for meeting, teaching and other webinar for many users.

No need to install anything, login from your social media account

I prefer using Gobrunch over any other meeting software I've encountered so far. It's free, quick and easy. All I need is there on the toolbar on the left, none of those confusing buttons that I never knew I needed and actually don't, like other mainstream softwares.

Pros:

It is quick to log in and intuitive. Get in the room, sit on the chair and that's it: you're present. The colors are vivacious and bring joy to the meeting, it's almost like is fun, you know?

Cons:

Sometimes one of the speakers goes silent, it's rare, but quite unpleasant if you're at a business meeting. Another thing is it requires Chrome users to install an add-in and some people are not keen to that.

The easy way to connect in another landscape

We chose GOBRUNCH because we wanted to have a space for our afterwork and we are very happy with this choice because we meet on Zoom for tired work.

Easy on the eyes and easy to use

I consider GoBrunch as a great tool for online sessions where there is no need for advanced file sharing or student management. One feels more comfortable with GoBrunch than when using other more formal tools.

Pros:

I've discovered GoBrunch almost accidentally but liked it from the first moment. Since I needed something that is easy to use for students that I've never seen, it was handy to just email them with the room link, without the need for additional codes or accounts. The use was very straightforward. All the essentials are there and I really love the 'room' layout where one can spread out video feeds as one likes.

Cons:

On occasion, there were some hiccups with video streams, but nothing critical.

The best thing about GoBrunch is its ease of use. Simple controls make it easy for my students. The second best thing about GoBrunch is the excellent customer service.

Cons:

The session recording quality is a little low, but I believe they are sorting that out as we speak.
